Aloha! Yipeee! I Can Read is a family-run business operated out of Hawaii. Except for the CD, all Yipeee! I Can Read products are handmade with great care and attention to safety, visibility, and utility.

We look forward to helping you teach early reading to your child, thus starting her on the pathway to achievement, personal fulfillment, and life success.

Yipeee! I Can Read was developed in Honolulu, Hawaii, by a local grandma who has been working with alternative learning methodologies for more than 30 years.

You may send your order forms and pictures for the Yipeee! I Can Read books to our mailing address:

SHIPPING:

As these are handmade products, you will receive your order 2-3 weeks after we have received your photos. If your location is not available in the checkout cart, email us with your zipcode and desired items, at wendi@yipeeeicanread.com, and we will send you an invoice with tax and accurate shipping added. If you are willing to let us know where you would like to receive your items, we will ship to you. Located in Hawaii, we do understand the difficulties of getting items shipped to non-contiguous U.S. locations. Thank you for being patient with us while we work it out.

REFUND, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: Because we are creating personalized products just for your child, no returns are accepted or refunds made. However, we do guarantee that you will receive a quality product that meets your ordered requirements. We will replace any products that we have made an error on, postage free.

FAQs: If you have an immediate concern regarding an order you have placed within the last 24 hours, you may call Customer Service at (808) 387-6619 during business hours, Pacific time (3-4 hours BEFORE the West Coast and 5-6 hours BEFORE the midwestern and eastern states). You will reach a live person or a live person's messaging service if it is during business hours and our family is not currently handling other emergencies (you know, like spurting blood, last-minute homework, or other screaming things).
